As students, we are always learning, filling our wells and receiving deeper insights through continued practice and study. As teachers, the continued study allows us to expand our repertoire and more fully develop our voices and yogic lifestyles. As practitioners, we seek a sangha, or community, with whom we can share our journey.

Join us for a yoga immersion adventure retreat that will connect your mind, body, and soul in the spiritual surrounding of Sedona’s astounding beauty and natural diversity. Our retreat will revolve around the twice-daily yoga classes. These intelligent, yet challenging, yoga asana sequences will be woven with yin and restorative poses. To complement this dynamic and regenerative movement, we will also spend time in pranayama, reflection, intention setting, and meditation. Our spiritual journey will explore beyond our bodies into our relationship with the divine. This very special 5-day yoga immersion, in the sacred and mystical lands of Sedona, Arizona, will renew, detoxify, inspire, and restore your vital energy.

    Getting to Sedona

The best airports to fly into are Phoenix, AZ or Flagstaff, AZ. From there, you can either rent a car, I can arrange a shuttle service for you, or (like my last retreat) many yogis had flights that arrived at the same time and rode in together. When you figure out your flight, forward me your itinerary. The first class will be on Wednesday evening, beginning between 5 & 6 pm based on when yogis arrive. Last class will be on Sunday morning and will end between 10 & 11 am based on departure flight times.

    Example Daily Schedule:

    Morning meditation & yoga practice
Group adventure such as hiking, vortex tour, etc. or Free Time
    Lunch on your own
    Late afternoon yoga practice/workshop
Dinner on your own (although we often just end up eating together)
    Relaxing by pool/fire

    ATV Tour
    Massage/Spa Day
    Vortex Tour
    Hot Air Balloon Ride
