Come awaken your inner healer and discover your power during this transformational retreat in Ubud, Bali. Nestled in plush tropical gardens and surrounded by rice fields, you will enjoy yoga, meditation, relaxation, and many types of healing. I will be sharing my signature method Heal Yourself, a comprehensive yoga system designed to enhance the capacity of the emotional body while exploring the strength of the physical body. My method has allowed countless individuals to recover from mental, physical and emotional ailments.

This unforgettable week will provide you the space and time to focus on the spiritual and physical pursuits of your yoga practice. You will begin to unlock the fears that make you feel stuck and find a deeper meaning as you re-discover yourself. I will lead you through energizing morning vinyasa sessions and gentle evening sessions. With guided meditations, pranayama, chanting and journaling, I will teach you time-tested techniques that you can use to heal yourself. This trip is the perfect place to come back to what you have known all along, that everything you could possibly need is already within you.


The retreat center is only a 7-minute drive from the heart of Ubud. You will have quick and convenient access to Bali’s renowned cultural hub but will be far enough from the crowds to enjoy the magic and essence of rural Bali. When in town, you can enjoy the unique cultural, spiritual and culinary delights of Bali’s cultural epicenter.

Daily practice will take place in an open air 1300 sq ft yoga shala down by the river and bamboo grove. After practice, you can cool off as you step into the adjoining common infinity pool. The pool is cleansed by an Ozone system, which uses 90% less chlorine, giving the water a smooth, velvety texture, which is healthier and less harsh on the environment.

Enjoy the venue’s surroundings by taking a rice paddy walk which extends in every direction as soon as you walk out of the premises. Watch the stunning sunrises and sunsets while taking in the surround sound of birds, crickets, and frogs.

Relax your body with traditional Balinese massage at the spa, situated in a quiet corner of the garden. You will receive a complimentary 1-hour massage ready to book upon arrival.


Nourish your body and mind by delighting the senses through 3 wholesome and healthy meals a day sourced by garden-fresh local organic produce. The chef’s specialty is Balinese food, and will provide you with a wonderful introduction to the delights of Balinese cuisine. The kitchen also offers a wonderful array of international, vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine. Raw or vegan meal requirements can be met upon request.

    We’ve carefully crafted a schedule to give you plenty of daily practice, free time, group mingling and option to participate in traditional Balinese and/or nature excursions. A typical day will consist of a 2hr morning practice, breakfast, free time, evening practice, dinner, free time. The exact daily schedule will be sent out right before the retreat begins.
