If you’re looking to add some flavor to your week, or mix up your favorite rice and quinoa dishes, this recipe might just be your new go-to! It takes 5 minutes to prepare, is packed full of good nutrients, and is a delicious addition to any of your meals. Try the recipe as is, or mix it up with some other spices that you love!

Ingredients:
– 1 large bunch spinach (about 3 big handfuls)
– coriander or cilantro (fresh or dried, to taste)
– 1/2 of a medium sized onion
– 3 tbs liquid aminos or Braggs

Instructions:
– finely chop onion
– lightly saute onion in oil of choice until golden brown (3 tbs)
– lightly steam or saute spinach
– add to blender along with Braggs, cilantro, and a 1/4 cup water (or less depending on desired thickness)
– blend until creamy
