Vegan Cheesy Broccoli3 min
Looking for a yummy and nutritious side to serve up as a snack or with dinner tonight? This quick and easy alkalizing dish has only three ingredients and is packed with protein and nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that are great for digestion, hair, skin, muscle building, and all around energy! Make this as a part of your lunch, dinner, or even a post-yoga snack.
Ingredients (modify to specific tastes and hunger level)
- broccoli, 2 handfuls
- 2-3 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 cup nutritional yeast *this is gluten free, NOT the same yeast that is in bread
- steam broccoli 5-7 minutes
- heat up a pan and add coconut oil and broccoli and cook for a couple of minutes
- sprinkle nutritional yeast on top, mix around, and serve!
