Raw Coconut Balls4 min
In one mixing bowl:
4 tbsp raw cashew butter
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp raw cacao (or more if you like it chocolatey)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp of tahini for a sesame boost
Optional* sprinkle of cardamom
Maple syrup to taste, start with 2tbsp and sweeten more as desired
Mix mix mix – Get your hands in there and have at it! (or someone else’s hands)
Once mixed, add a dash of cinnamon to your desired flavour (tip* Cinnamon is a great circulation booaster)
Wash hands, and add a drop of coconut oil to your palms to reduce stickiness.
Put some coconut shreds on your chopping board, roll mixture into small bite size balls, roll in the coconut to coat, and add to a tray that will fit in your fridge
In about 45 minutes your coconut spice balls will be ready for the whole family to enjoy!!
