Raw Chocolate Strawberry Truffles6 min
These delectable vegan treats are the perfect end to a good meal or a great pick-me up snack. Quick and fun to make, these truffles will nourish your body and soul.
1 cup of fresh dates
1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight)
2 cups of raw walnuts
1 cup of raw organic cacao
3-5 tsp coconut oil
coconut raspels (optional)
a splash of almond milk
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup raw cacao nibs
Slice the dates. Add nuts, cacao, dates, coconut raspels, vanilla, salt and coconut oil into the blender. If needed add almond milk and more coconut oil. Mix until it is smooth and creamy.
Wash and cut the strawberries and add into blender. Blend slightly, so some strawberry chunks remain full.
Form into balls and roll in cacao nibs, coconut raspels, chopped almonds and or cacao powder.
Keep in refrigerator.
