This smoothie is the perfect post-yoga snack and is not only delicious but also packed full of nutritional goodies to help your body get thrive on even the busiest days!
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seed gel (careful not to add dry chia seeds!)
- 1 serving of protein powder of choice
- 1/2 cup banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
