Recipe
The base:
2 cups of spelt flour
1 cup of moscavado sugar
100 gram organic butter
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

400-500 gram of sliced plums

The top-crumble:
2 cups of spelt flour
1 cup of moscavado sugar
100 gram organic butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
A splash of coconut milk

Start making the base. Mix flour, sugar and butter together, then add half of the milk. Mix well together and then add the baking powder and the rest of the milk and the cinnamon.
Make the top-crumble by mix flour, sugar, butter and baking powder together. Then add the vanilla and a splash of coconut.
When the two layers are done, spread the base in a buttered baking pan and add the plums in a nice layer. Then spread the crumbles on the top and put in the oven on 190 C/375 F for about 30 minutes.
