Gluten Free Cacao Cookies7 min
These cookies are vegan, gluten free, nutritious, and delicious!
1 1/3 cups almond butter (or any nut butter you like)
2 cups dates (pit removed)
1/4 cup raw cacao
1tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups ground almonds
1/3 of a cup each of sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp cinammon
2 tsp vanilla
Option to add maple syrup or honey to taste
Add all ingredients to blender, with the exception of the seeds, and blend until mixture is one consistency. Add seeds (and a splash of water if mixture is too thick), and blend again.
Form into balls and place on lined baking pan. Bake in oven preheated 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
