Recipe

180 gr organic butter
260 gr moscabado sugar
330 gr spelt flour
splash of almond milk
about 450 gr cooked beet roots ( chopped into small cubes )
120 gr dark chocolate ( chopped into small pieces )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 teaspoon baking powder

mix and bake for about 40-50 min on 170 degrees (check with a wooden stick, once nothing sticks its done )

for the chocolate cover

melt about 100 gr and mix with some almond milk (1/3 cup) whisk well until smooth. spread on top of the cooled down beet root cake
