Recipe
4 beetroot
2 cups of yogurt
2 teaspoons of salt

Spicy ghee butter:
1 table spoon chopped ginger
4-6 cloves of garlic
3 teaspoons ghee
2 teaspoons mustard seeds
2 teaspoons black pepper
3 teaspoons cumin seeds
½ teaspoons coriander seeds

Peel the beetroots and boil them for about 30-60 minutes or until they are soft.
Put the beetroots, yogurt and salt in a blender and blend together.
Make the spicy ghee butter on side. Chop the ginger and press the whole clove of garlic. Add it with the ghee and mustard seeds in a frying-pan. Fry on high heat but make sure to not burn the spices. Meanwhile, grind the black pepper, cumin seeds and coriander seeds finely and then add to the spice mixture in the pan.
When the flavors coming out from the seeds and the mixtures have ha nice color you can add the spices into the blender and stir around one last time.
Sprinkle fresh chopped coriander on top and serve.
