Surfers and paddlers, this one is for you!
This class incorporates a series of standing postures designed to increase flexibility, helping to prevent injury and improve your performance on the water. We’ll stretch out the side body, hamstrings and shoulders, with modifications along the way. As we move into the hips and psoas muscles, we’ll release tension and start to create space in the places that feel tight and restricted, allowing you to move more freely and at ease when on your board or in the water.
