Build strength to support your yoga practice in this 15-minute class! Learn various effective strength-training techniques that when done just 10-minutes daily, will signifigantly increase your arm strength in your yoga practice!

The traditional Push-Up is an effective starting place, as it works so many of the same muscles groups as we do in many of the yoga postures. Together, we’ll work through several strength-building practices from High Plank, Push-Up, and Downward Dog that you can incorporate into your fitness routine. These movements can be combined or learned seprarately in combination with any asana practice.
