We all struggle with the stress of daily life. Make a choice today to become present and stress-free in this safe, loving, Manifestation Yoga practice.
Beginning in five minutes of meditation, we will use the power of visualization to calm down the nervous system and quiet the mind. As we start to move, we’ll flow through Sun Salutations to warm up the body before incorporating grounding poses that remind us to connect to our center. To help the nervous system further relax, we’ll add a few variations of spinal twists, followed by juicy hip openers to release tension and discover blissful full-body release.
