Cyclists, rejoice! We’ve designed a class just for you to help create space in your body where space is needed.
When we’re on our bikes, we tend to grab the handlebars tightly, shoving the shoulders forward and rounding the upper back. A lot of engagement happens in our quadriceps and upper legs and we also tend to carry a lot of tension in our wrists, forearms and shoulders.
This short class will work into all of those places you might be feeling stuck. We’ll journey into the body using the breath to counteract tension and tightness, releasing any soreness or strain you might be feeling.
Not only is this class great for relief and recovery, but these postures will help strengthen and support your muscles to maintain alignment in the saddle and help you remain injury-free!
