You will then move through a creatively sequenced Vinyasa flow, beginning by warming up the body with a standing sequence in preparation for arm balances such as crow, handstand, flying lizard, flying pigeon, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II, Eka Pada Bakasana B, and Astavakrasana.
