Teach yourself to do something different in a no-fuss, 30-minute class to feel open, lifted, and in tune with your body, your breath, and your needs. During this class, “Wheels Are Round” you will stretch the side body, work on various ways to open the shoulders, heart, and upper arms, and, experience how open and balanced shoulders can enhance your backbends and affect your entire practice, opening up a new yoga experience for the whole body.
David’s teaching style will invite you to move both intuitively and non-intuitively, which means, practicing your non-dominant side consciously and feeling the stretch wherever you need to feel it, regardless of which side you believe to be more open or stronger. Take your time to be comfortable, and aware of where the stretch needs your attention or maybe even more space or time to open. With clear intention, you will get results.
