This short 30-minute practice will get your blood flowing and bring some energy into your day!
To begin, we’ll wake up the body gently flowing through side body stretches, tuning into the breath and inviting intention into the practice. We’ll open the shoulders and chest to warm things up before moving into a more active flow. As we start to build heat, we’ll access the strength of our legs and core, cultivating that inner fire!
To smooth things out, we’ll incorporate some yummy side body twists before closing the practice with a rejuvenating savasana.
