Work both the front and back sides of your body to feel open and stable! This 30-minute Hatha style class will help you connect to your body in new ways through a creative, energizing sequence. We’ll flow through some gentle backbending postures to gently open and warm up the body before transitioning into a lunges and a balancing sequence. To finish, we’ll release tension through the spine before finding a restful savasana.
