This is a sweet, meditative, healing 45 minutes for all levels and all days. As we get into the slow flow and warm up we connect to the grounding energy of the earth, and the movement variations that feel best in the body today. Ashley then guides us through an expansive vinyasa sequence that includes work for our legs, heart openers, opportunities for arm balances and time upside down. As we continue to move through this flow we will find the pace of our own breath, and with it, openness and strength. Class closes with a musical meditation designed to empower us, bring peace and harmony, and love to our hearts.
