Move through a juicy, active, creative standing flow designed to bring awareness into the core, as well as open the hips and shoulders. You will move through plank, dolphin pose, and of course, lots of core work. Finish with a deep hip opening pigeon sequence, soothing forward folds, and a well deserved Savasana.
