Expecting Mamas…prepare to feel strong and ready for anything! This 50-minute Level 2 Vinyasa Flow class will link breath and movement in a challenging, well-aligned Pre-Natal Flow!
This class begins with a short seated meditation to ground the body and expand the breath. Designed to make you feel powerful, we’ll flow together through a dynamic series filled with a yummy hip-opening Lunge sequence (complete with feel-good side body stretches), some full-body strength building, a bit of balancing, a mini moving meditation, and finally hip and chest openers to find release.
For added support, this class utilizes a blanket, bolster, two blocks, and a strap with discussion on how to best implement these to your practice as a mama-to-be!
