Integrate strength and stand in your power! This dynamic class teaches you to take up space through a powerful but fun 50-minute flow! Starting in Savasana, with one hand over the heart and one hand over the belly, we’ll set an intention for class. We’ll begin to wake up the hips in a rocking Happy Baby before working the core in Boat and finding early release in a folded Butterfly posture. From Tabletop position we move to Downdog and begin to find our flow, observing our innate strength. We’ll move through side body stretches and various feel-good folds before exploring other postures in the body like Peaceful Warrior, Goddess and Pigeon. We’ll flow into a challenging Balancing series before slowing down and opening the body further through seated postures and folds. Class ends just as it began, with a yummy Happy Baby and restorative Savasana.
