This playful and fluid 75-minute flow with Stephanie will not only get you moving, it will tune you into the strength and self-love that you have available to you and within you at all times. Together we breathe through warming vinyasas before adding in a series of strong standing shapes that build on one another to finally bring us to our peak pose. We then move into some core work, heart openers, and enjoy some wind down time at the end. Yogis are encouraged to challenge themselves, trust themselves and smile throughout!
