Ready to unwind or having trouble sleeping? Find some space near a wall where you can take a load off of those legs that have carried you around all day. This 15-minute flow uses breathing and meditative techniques in combination with some restorative poses to help prepare your nervous system for a deep rest.
Starting in a seat, we’ll bring our awareness to tension residing in the body that may have been brought on from the day. Visualizing the breath, we’ll bathe and wash those spaces with each inhale and exhale, beginning to cleanse the body of residual energy or strain. After a short pranayama practice, we’ll move into a supported restorative posture before finding Legs Up the Wall Pose with a calming breath practice.
