Suffering from pain or tightness in the shoulders or upper back? Try these poses to help open up and release tension in the upper body!
Starting in comfortable seated position, we’ll take time to become present and allow awareness to shift to the breath. We’ll begin with gentle side body stretches before before moving into the upper back and shoulders. This class will show you how to use a chair or blocks to help assist you in opening up the tight spaces in your upper body. We’ll also incorporate neck stretches to further release the body and allow tension to melt away!
