This 75-minute vinyasa flow is specifically designed to relieve shoulder stress and build strength and flexibility in the entire shoulder girdle. Yulady starts the class off with a series of yin-inspired holds that will really help you tap into deep breathing and create openness while releasing tension as class progresses. Then we move through a fluid flow series that integrates shoulder openers and provides shoulder-opening tips that yogis can add to any practice. Along the way there are options for inversions, funky inversions, and heart openers, before we come to stillness and fully receive the benefits of this shoulder opening practice!
