This is a gentle hatha class designed to help you feel more grounded and relaxed in your practice and in your body. Amelia guides us through a sequence of poses and variations that will provide a solid foundation, while strengthening the legs and opening the hips. Our intention throughout centers around relieving issues related to the Root Chakra, such as fear, anxiety or a sense of disconnectedness. Yogis will enjoy coming back to this practice again and again and will leave class with a feeling of calm for the rest of the day!
