Enjoy this yummy hip-opening and pelvis-stabilizing class to help you prepare for delivery! This class is especially lovely to practice at the end of the day before bed, so your body can absorb all of the gifts of the practice while you sleep.
Together we’ll begin with super simple movements through the hips, linking the breath to the body. We’ll move through Thread the Needle pose, Squat, Wide-Legged Forward Folds, various side-body stretches and supported Pigeon pose. To finish off class extra restorative, we’ll prepare for a deeply supported sweet Savasana paying close attention to releasing any tension through the jaw so you can fully enjoy this deep restful state!
