Today we join on our mats for 60 minutes to rock an all-levels rainbow flow with Ashley Albrand. Using the symbology of the rainbow and visualizations about what we desire to, we move through a practice of inquiry, gratitude, and devotion to our intention. We are invited to explore expressions of each pose according to what feels best, and, moving to our own breathe, practice Suryanamaskar A, a standing sequence that will open the heart, loving backbends, hip openers, and a powerful closing meditation and savasana. Ashley uses her deep knowledge of body energy systems and physiology to teach us how to make this practice our own, and find areas of the body that are craving attention and release. This class is especially great to practice during a full moon and will leave you feeling eased, loved, and open.
