Whether you’re starting your day off strong or need a midday pick-me-up to boost your energy, this class 15-minute Quick Core and Nothing More class is for you! Prepare to move slowly, breathe deeply, and fire up that core! 

We’ll focus on building the abs and working the surrounding muscles so you can find stability and added strength when going upside down. To round things out we’ll finish class by softening the shoulders, stretching out the belly and opening the chest. Feels good, doesn’t it?
