Build heat through your lower body as you practice two different variations of Moon Salutations, drawing inspiration and energy from the sounds of the ocean in your breath. This class will give you an alternative sequence to connect with the energy of the moon and prepare the wrists and core for full Sun Salutations. After moving through a few variations of Moon Salutations, we move deeper in to the side body and begin to activate large muscle groups, allowing the body to go deeper into stretches. This sequence is especially great to practice during a new or full moon. Feel rhythm and pulse in your body, both in movement and in stillness. Use these salutations in a class all on their own, or incorporate them into a longer practice.
