This is a fun and informative class where Lara teaches us how to listen to our hamstrings so that we can avoid injury and truly meet our bodies where they are. We start on our mats with a brief ‘get to know your hamstrings anatomy tutorial’, which helps us identify and activate the muscles first. Then, as we move through the different shapes of our yoga practice we learn about some of the common ways we may be incorrectly stretching our hamstrings, as well as the anatomy and alignment to be aware of in order to protect our hamstrings and flow with ease. These 45 minutes are packed full of hamstring-saving tips and techniques and is a must watch for all yogis!
