Post-partum Goddess mamas, enjoy this 30-minute healing class! Together we’ll practice pranayama and flow through gentle hip opening and side waist lengthening postures to bring peace and ease into your body.
To begin, we’ll start with gentle seated twists and Sufi Circles to wake up the spine, psoas, and glutes, as we tune into the breath. We’ll make our way onto our backs to explore deeper stretches and opportunities for energetic release. Lots of modifications are offered throughout, with plenty of opportunity to explore your own body. This short and sweet inner journey will relax you and ignite your healing!
