A yoga class for opening our bodies in alignment with Mother Nature that helps us find the way of moving that is intuitively our own. We begin by awakening our energy, connecting to our hearts, our breath, and our intentions. Ashley then guides us through a series of movements that will help us uncover where tension is living in our bodies and offers beautiful mantras to help create healing shapes and feelings. The beauty of this practice is in its simplicity, and the time offered to explore each movement, so that we may fully absorb the wisdom of Mother Nature into our bodies and our consciousness.
