Lower back injuries are pervasive in our culture. Enjoy this educational and therapeutic practice to strengthen and release the muscles surrounding and affecting the lower back.
In this 30-minute sequence we’ll focus on stabilizing the hips to support the low back. We’ll utilize the strength of our inner thighs and observe how using those muscles relate to our core. Together we’ll tap into our inner wisdom and physical experience to guide and inform our practice.
