Enjoy an hour long full-body flow to lengthen and stretch! This class moves slow enough to help develop a deeper awareness of each pose, while moving fast enough to still work up a sweat! We’ll begin with gentle movements to warm up the body and open the breath, before finding a more energizing flow. Along the way we’ll work certain postures, such as Warrior 2 and Half Moon, finding more length, strength, and space in the body.
