A short, mindful sequence that can be performed anywhere. Together we open the chest and release tension from the shoulders and neck. Working the relationship between the lower back and the shoulders we retrain the body to open the chest. Assisting the Lymphatic system through gravity and the circulatory system, we flush the body of toxins. Scalenes run from 36-27-57: anterior from C3-C6 to first rib, middle from C2-C7 to first rib, and posterior from C5-C7 to the second rib. Enjoy the awareness of breath that comes from this smooth active stretching sequence.
