This 10-minute class will teach you ways to condition your body in order to be able to confidently (and safely) support yourself in Forearm Stand.
With a focus on alignment, this class begins with Serratus Push-Ups to to challenge the abdominal muscles and wake up the core, before moving into a front-to-back shifting Plank exercise to build strength. We’ll discuss options for setting up the arms to work into Forearm Stand, while also taking time to open up the shoulders, preparing them for the pose. Once the body is warm, we’ll explore various ways to get into Forearm Stand, with helpful tips for balancing along the way!
