This class is the antidote to feeling sluggish: it will get you moving and using the floor to get down! This 45-minute class was inspired by breakdancers in New York City and is designed to help you get on your hands and find a sense of grounding while building strength through your core! Unleash your inner hip-hop and get ready for some fun and feel-good moves!
Starting with some pulsing in Bridge Pose, we’ll get the energy flowing through the body from the ground up. We’ll stretch the wrists and wake up the core before finding a hip-hop inspired flow!
