Loving, releasing and balancing your hips. I have to say that this is my favorite class. It leaves you feeling juicy, fluid, balanced and ready to hula hoop or salsa. This is a delicious class that has nothing to do with forcing your hips to “open” so that you can come into an unnatural position. This is a practice that focuses on balancing your hips and finding comfort in your seat and sassiness in your stride.
