Pain in the upper body – namely shoulders, neck, and wrists – is very common. Many of us spend hours a day at a desk or on our phones: shoulders rounded, head jutting forward. If you have young kids or a baby at home, you might be experiencing wrist pain (known as “baby wrist”) which is said to affect about 50% of moms. This practice teaches a routine you can do a few times a week to greatly reduce your pain and hopefully heal it for good!
