This quick tutorial will teach you how to get into Headstand. Grab 3 blocks and head to the wall! Dianne will show you how to set up the blocks at the wall to support the Thoracic Spine, so that there’s very little weight in the head, training the body to use arm strength instead. We’ll discuss the “sweet spot” of the head, so you learn exactly which part of the head is safe to balance, and will go through step-by-steph instructions on getting into this pose.
