Happy Hip Flow60 min
Open your hips and release tension from your whole body in this 60-minute flow class with Gerald. Oftentimes when we feel stress in one part of the body, it is related to tension and emotions that are being held somewhere else. Together we work through not only hip openers, but whole-body flows, inversions, vinyasas, and some nice cooling holds. When we get moving and flowing with the breath, we are able to release stored tension and move into an energy of surrender, which will ultimately allow us to open up and get back to loving the flow of our lives off the mat.
