If you are healing from a shoulder or wrist injury, cannot bear weight on your hands, or are suffering from arthritis, this practice is for you! In this Vinyasa flow class, you will avoid putting any weight on the hands, and move through a ‘handless flow’. Begin by deepening the breath, set an intention, then move through a strengthening hip, side body and shoulder opening flow, all without putting any weight on the hands. Come down on the mat to gently twist and release the spine, then settle into a sweet Savasana.
