We all experience dips in energy, especially when pregnant or a new parent. This class will move you through a series of energy aligning, centering, connecting, conscious movements that will allow you to discover where alignment can be adjusted so that energy does not escape; alignment that allows you to conserve energy. 
 
We’ll begin seated by tuning into the breath. Where is your breath sticking? Use powerful inhales to begin to open up those spaces and learn what it feels like to be lifted by the buoyancy of your muscles filling with energy. Youll enjoy slow loving postures and movements starting on the mat and transitioning into standing postures that will help you to find strong alignment and strong lines of energy. Karly gives great tips for new moms, those who are expecting, and anyone who wants to get a better understanding of how to self-examine their yoga practice! This class will teach you to make adjustments that will require less effort, but with the same feel-good benefits. After this class you will feel energized and be able to go throughout your day with vigor!
