This hour long vinyasa flow class is designed to improve concentration and mental clarity. We’ll begin by checking in with the breath and any physical sensations present in the body, allowing ourselves to deeply settle into the present moment. You’ll move into your practice with slow, deep, and engaging Sun Salutations that will work into your hips, chest, back…and you might even break a sweat! By focusing each breath on where you can ground down, you will focus and concentrate on what matters, and be able to set aside the thoughts that interfere with your clarity. Cool down and stretch it out as class comes to close with heart openers, forward folds, twists, hip openers, and finally, stillness. Jessica’s cool, calm, collected approach in this flow is well rounded, and great for all levels on all days!
