This 60-minute vinyasa flow class will create space throughout your entire body and challenge you in new ways!

Class begins peacefully by allowing you the time to tune into your breath and settle into practice with some deep and slow stretches through the hips and hamstrings. Together, we’ll warm up with some core work before moving into a vinyasa flow that will deeply stretch and strengthen the whole body, while allowing space and time to really settle into and enjoy each pose. Feel more and more empowered as each inhale creates space and length, and each exhale deepens the stretch.

Take your time in this class, and expect lots of options and variations to complement your practice. After a fun flow and challenging balancing sequence, heart openers and restorative twists bring this class full circle, ending as we began – in complete stillness, peace, and bliss.
