Play, flow and build strength in this 1-hour class! Practice 4 different ways to get into your Eka Pada Bakasana (Flying Crow)! Begin the class with some yummy slow hip openers that lead into a strong warm up for the core before moving gently into a classic vinyasa flow. To prepare, we’ll practice Bakasana (Crow Pose) before adding on variations. We’ll discuss 4 different options to work into your practice! Not flying yet? Half Moon, Malasana, Warriors, Seated Twists, and Forward Folds also make an appearance in this powerful and strength-building class

Whatever phase of EPB you are working on, Stephen’s approach will give you a number of preparation poses as well as variations to the arm balance so that you can get you started. This class is all about connecting to your own practice and your own breath. Using your bodies natural forces and balancing gravity with strength, allow yourself to flow gracefully into and out of each pose. Who knows, you may even find your wings in Eka Pada Bakasana!
