Join Bee for a beautiful ‘little bit of everything’ 50-minute flow class. We begin in a guided meditation to connect to our needs and intentions, before moving into a warm-up that will help to create openness in our wrists and shoulders and a flow that builds strength and connection. The sequence will feel great for hips and gets us into our core, legs, inner body, and of course, breath.
